1/2 Twist Back

Months and months ago I got my 1/2 twist back. It is not so hard once you do it. But sometimes it is freaky to do it when you havent for a while. But anyway it is so cool. And very hard. You do a roundoff before it. Then you do a back, and twist half way around. Now on the tramp I am working on fulls. A full is wherw you go all the way around. Very very tricky.
